The Chamber is operated by the Govt of Trinidad and Tobago
thru the Ministry of Marine Resources, c/o Tobago House of
Assembly.
The operator for this chamber is Mr. Kerwin Sampson of the
Fisheries Division. Dr. David Santana is the doctor in charge, he is based in
Trinidad WI.
